Artist Brian Barneclo, known around town for impressive artworks, often on the outside of buildings, was commissioned to do the inside murals at the Book Concern. His inspiration: “billboards, buildings, people of San Francisco”.
Murals are in the main lobby of the building, and there is a unique mural on each of the five floors in the building.
