It went before the full board the same day yesterday and it's here http://sanfrancisco.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=10 it's item 62 and starts almost exactly at 3 hours 0 minutes and goes until 3 hours 35 minutes total board video is 5 hours, which is a little large to download and dissect and split. I might do it tho the daly amendment vote was split 5-5 and therefore failed, and it's been approved for next Tuesdays full board I think I’d like to bring your comment up on my main page.
